Located on the sound in Duck, Sunset Grille is an extremely popular Duck restaurant. They are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and have some great dishes. While you’ll always find it busy, you won’t mind the wait with the beautiful views of the sound. And, the conch fritters are definitely worth it!
Things to Do
You can’t head to Duck without going to the beach. After all, that’s most likely your number one reason for choosing the area. But, there are many other activities to do in Duck and the surrounding area.
You can book a tour to see the wild horses of Corolla. There are several tour companies that will take you out in a 4×4 vehicle to see these horses in their natural habitat. It’s a lot of fun to see the wild Mustangs in the sand dunes or even close to homes in this beautiful area.
There are lots of mini-golf courses for those who want to show off their putting skills.
You can book trips to go sportfishing or to see dolphins. Additionally, if you like to spend time on the water, you might rent jet skis, kayaks, or kiteboards.
